Human CVD Biomarker Panel 2

This multiplex assay kit manufactured by LINCO Research can be used for the simultaneous quantification of the following acute-phase proteins: C-Reactive Protein (CRP), Serum Amyloid A (SAA), and Serum Amyloid Protein P (SAP).This kit can be used for the analysis of the above analytes in tissue extract, cell/tissue culture samples, and diluted human serum or plasma samples. Fibrinogen can be plexed with these analytes in serum samples. Fibrinogen and Haptoglobin are available as single-plex kits. Fibrinogen, Haptoglobin and SAA have cross-reacting signals in non-human primate samples. Call for additional information.

ASSAY CONDITIONS:
25 μL sample volume
2 hour assay
Serum sample dilution - 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 except Haptoglobin (use 1:40,000)
Plasma sample dilution - 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 except Haptoglobin and Fibrinogen (use 1:40,000)
Actual dilution factor is sample dependent.

STANDARD CURVE RANGE:
