Mouse Adiponectin ELISA Kit
This kit is for non-radioactive quantification of adiponectin in mouse plasma, sera, and cell culture media. This kit is for research purposes only.
Each kit is sufficient to run one 96-well plate including, in duplicates, background, 7 mouse adiponectin standards, 2 quality controls, and 38 unknown samples.
ASSAY CONDITIONS:
Room temperature, 3 hour assay using 20 µL sample size of 1:1000 dilution
SPECIFICITY:
Showed no cross-reactivity to gAcrp30 or Mouse Resistin
DYNAMIC RANGE:
0.5 to 50 ng/mL

The lowest level of Adiponectin that can be detected by this assay is 0.5 ng/ml when using a 20 µl sample size

Intra-assay 1.3% - 5.4%
Inter-assay 1.5% - 5.6%
