Whether you are a member or a nonmember, a Chapter officer or on National Council, find a list of where to direct your questions below.

SUPPLIES

To order merchandise or publicity pamphlets (e.g. Membership Information, Awards, The Centennial History, The Constitution and Bylaws, Rituals of Iota Sigma Pi, Rules and Regulations, The Iotan), contact the Coordinator of Initiates and Supplies.

INITIATION

For questions regarding initiation, membership application, the Summary of Applicants form, or rituals, contact the National Secretary.

Completed membership application forms for initiation into exisitng chapters should be sent to the Coordinator of Initiates and Supplies.

Completed membership application forms for initiation by National Council action should be sent to the Director for Professional Awards.

FORMING/ACTIVATING/DEACTIVATING A CHAPTER

For procedural questions or application forms regarding the formation of a new chapter or the activation (or deactivation) of an existing chapter, contact the National Vice President.

To obtain, relinquish, or inquire about Charter Certificates contact the National Historian.

CHAPTER OPERATIONS

Any inquiries regarding the normal operation of a chapter should be directed to the National Vice President.

FINANCES

For questions regarding the Chapter annual or triennial financial reports, the national financial reports, or paying dues, contact the National Treasurer.

AWARDS

For questions regarding the criteria or nomination forms for any of the Professional Awards contact the Director of Professional Awards.

For questions regarding the criteria or nomination forms for any of the Student Awards contact the Director of Student Awards.

MEMBER INFORMATION

Requests for a Chapter or National membership list or updates to personal member information should be directed to the Records Chair. A directory will only be released to active members.
