About You:

National Council (NC) covers the cost of attendance for NC members, some sponsored Awardees, and one delegate per chapter. A second delegate may be sent to the Convention and the costs will be covered by NC if the chapter has 75+ paying members. Delegates must attend the entire Convention. Alternate delegates may be sent to Convention, but the costs are the responsibility of the member and/or chapter. Registration fees can be assessed at the end of this registration form.

*National council pays for the room cost for delegates based on double occupancy (sharing with another delegate). If you would like a single room, you will be responsible for the additional cost of the room ($90/night).
**Note: If you request a smoking room and a roommate cannot be found, you will be required to pay a single occupancy rate (or the Single Supplement in addition to the Convention Package).

Friday Banquet Entree Choice:
The Pu chapter is hosting a poster/networking session on the evening of Thursday, 6 July 2017, at the Convention. The poster can be about your research, your chapter activities, and/or your institution/company. Please indicate if you will be presenting a poster at the Convention. Details on the allowable poster dimensions will be available as soon as possible. A link to the online abstract submission can be found on the 2017 Trienial Convention page. Deadline for abstract submission is 5 May 2017.

This Convention we are offering the Convention Binder in an electronic format (downloadable pdf from website and/or via a USB thumb drive) and the traditional physical format (2 inch binder, ~ 300 pages). Please note that if you select electronic format, you will need to bring a laptop or other electronic device to Convention. Free Wi-Fi is available at the hotel. If you select the physical Convention Binder, please note that each chapter may receive one binder at no cost to the chapter. Each chapter will receive the photo package, so delegates need not make a selection unless additional copies are desired for personal use.

Saturday afternoon is set aside for outings in Indianapolis. The cost is individual member’s responsibility and is due at time of outing. Transportation will be arranged by hostess chapter and could include the use of UBER as a group. Transportation cost to site is also member’s responsibility.
